We are looking for a growth marketing leader to join our growing team and be responsible for the strategy and execution of growth marketing activities for Scenery. As a key leader, you will shape the evolution and culture of our team as we scale while directly impacting the business, and product growth, and company trajectory. This role is for Growth Marketing Manger, reporting to the Head of Marketing. This full time role can be joined from our SF location where the current management team is located, or anywhere in the US.
Responsibilities
- As our first growth marketing hire, you will be responsible for strategy, testing, daily execution, and scaling of multiple channels across performance, SEO, affiliates, lifecycle, conversion rate optimization, and more
- Develop and prioritize roadmap of growth experiments and regularly report on learnings to CEO and Head of Marketing
- Own our channel reporting and marketing analytics and ID key opportunities to expand growth efforts
- Collaborate with product to ID opportunities for funnel improvement and drive growth-driven product development efforts
- Amplify existing content marketing and product launch efforts, in close collaboration with existing marketing team
